Shipping Policy

You agree to provide accurate and current information for all purchases made on the website which would make up the shipping information. Shipping would be fulfilled by a third-party service and the shipping information provided would be handed over for the sole purpose of delivering the requested items. The shipping costs would be determined by the third-party service based on the delivery time, location and size of delivery package and solely borne by the customer. An estimate would be provided by would not constitute the final cost and is subject to final approval by the shipping service company. Shipping would be fulfilled between 1 to 3 business days after payment for items requested has been confirmed barring any unforeseen circumstances. Updates to the status of an order would be provided either through text, email or both. We reserve the right to limit the sales of the Products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. This right may be exercised on a case-by-case basis

Refund Policy

All sales are final after 6 hours of receipt of requested items. Any refund or return request within the 6-hour period can be channeled through our social media (Instagram and twitter [@comicstoregh]) or sales@comicstripstore.com. Requests would only be considered if the customer received the wrong item or defective item. Items purchased during promotions such as discount sales, clearance or free gift promotions are not subject to returns, refunds or exchanges unless the purchased item is damaged or defective.
